HR OnTime's 'Software as a Service' or SaaS model supports seamless system integration with third party payroll and labor accounting solutions.  HR OnTime links with Cincinnati Time Systems' Labor Accounting Systems (like NOVAtime and ADI) and numerous payroll applications and service providers.
Now with HR OnTime, payroll administrators can conveniently compare the current payroll period to previous payroll periods to determine if any changes are required before submitting payroll information for processing.
Data is simply extracted from HR OnTime to produce the necessary payroll processing information, requiring no data re-entry. Employee time and attendance is recorded either through time clock integration or manual entry. Employees can then assign their time to the right projects and work tasks using the selections that appear in a project list.
HR OnTime provides a flexible interface with back-office systems such as payroll and labor management for new employee import, updates of employee information related to self-service activity, and payroll processing.
